Please add a required $500.00 Security Deposit which is refundable within 30 days of departure if home is left in condition as arrived to and all rules are followed as agreed upon in signed rental agreement.

14.3% tax (VA/Local 5.3% Co 9%), $195.00 cleaning and $95.00 non-refundable administration fee.

Maximum guests day and night: 8 including children. Note: Maximum adults is 4 with the rest being children. The size of our home makes it a good size for 2 families)
