INQUIRY TO BOOK OUR LAKE ANNA RENTAL

We are a weekly Sat to Sat rental with check in at 4:00 pm est and check out at 10:00 am est
​
When sending us an inquiry, please make sure to provide a telephone number. We do call all potential guests prior to booking. We want to make sure that our home is a good fit for all. Because our home is only 1500' and is on a well and septic system, our maximum guests allowed is 8, including children day and night. Note that of the 8, the maximum in adults is 4. Our home is truly a great fit for 2 families.

Pets of Guests Not Welcome / No Smoking
$500.00 Security Deposit, 10.3% VA State and Local Taxes, $150.00 Cleaning Fee
and $65.00 Non-Refundable Administration charge.
